Commissioner Wolfgang Kleinwächter, also former ICANN Board Director, wrote a review of the book The Darkening Web by Alexander Klimburg. Prof. Kleinwächter underscores the message of hope presented in this book:

It is true that there are different national interests, different national cultures, different historical experiences and even different value systems. But guided by the universal values of the United Nations, its Charter, and the Human Rights Declaration, there are a lot of opportunities to build bridges as long as there is a political will.”
