The Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (@theGCSC) will be launched by Dutch Foreign Minister, Bert Koenders, en marge of the 2017 Munich Security Conference on 18 and 19 February.
The Commission and its Chairs will be presented to the public and set out its mission, structure, and core deliverables. Afterwards, it will establish the research agenda and plan of work in the inaugural first Commission Meeting.
The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies and EastWest Institute thank the Government of the Netherlands, the Microsoft Cooperation, and the Internet Society for joining this timely initiative as founding members.
