GCSC Commissioner Olaf Kolkman took part in the multistakeholder session of the EU High Level Group on Internet Governance. The EU HLIG is an expert group set up under the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology.
During the session, Mr. Kolkman briefed the attendees on the work of the GCSC and present the Call to Protect the Public Core of the Internet. You can find the public core norm here, along with the accompanying definition of the public core.
