The High Level Group on Internet Governance (HLIG) is the platform through which the European Commission, EU Member States and the multistakeholder community exchange information and views in an informal way on a wide range of issues related to Internet governance.
On 9 October, GCSC Commissioner Olaf Kolkman briefed the HLIG, along with various representatives from the technical community, private sector, civil society, non governmental and other organisations, on the Commission’s work and the importance of the GCSC proposals for the protection of the public core of the Internet.
